Where animals and people thrive
New England Wildlife Centers (NEWCS) operates two non-profit wildlife veterinary hospitals and education centers located in Barnstable and Weymouth, Massachusetts. The organization provides veterinary and rehabilitative care to sick, injured, and orphaned wild animals, having cared for 225 species with the goal of returning all patients to the wild.
In addition to wildlife medicine, NEWCS offers exotic and odd pet veterinary services, education and internship programs, and community events. The organization works to educate the public and promote environmental conservation, preserving the natural history of Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and the surrounding islands.
