Primates Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) non-profit sanctuary whose mission is to improve the quality of life for monkeys coming from research facilities, private ownerships, and the entertainment industry by providing them with enriching and spacious indoor/outdoor sanctuary environments.
The organization plans to provide sanctuary for up to 100 monkeys over the next 20 years, operating within a broader context where more than 105,000 monkeys live in U.S. research laboratories and holding facilities, including approximately 11,000 in Wisconsin alone.
