Founded by Sangduen “Lek” Chailert, Save Elephant Foundation rescues Asian elephants from logging and tourist-riding camps and provides sanctuary at Elephant Nature Park in northern Thailand.
The Foundation cares for elephants and other rescued animals while promoting an observation-only model of elephant tourism that does not rely on riding or performance.
